Our unique Sand and Water Wooden Picnic Table will make the hours fly for your kids. They'll head for the backyard instead of the TV with this fun and exciting picnic table waiting for them.
This table is as versatile as your children's imagination. The kids can eat their picnic lunches at the table or they can draw and play games on it. But then the real fun begins. The center wooden panel lifts up to reveal a sand pit and water chamber that is contained in the table base. Your kids literally won't know what to do first. They'll be digging, splashing and romping for hours. Skip the trip to the beach… there's something better in the back yard!
This great entertainment center for your children won't take up a lot of space in your yard. In fact, it can be set up in the garden or on the patio. The table is constructed from FSC certified timber. The picnic table has rounded corners for safety and is recommended for children 18 months and older.

The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.

HR Sports generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise.
You are required to notify HR Sports within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

We do offer a 14-days return policy for cases of change of mind; however, the product must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please note that return fees will be applicable.
Certain products are not eligible for change-of-mind return due to hygiene and other related concerns.

All of our products are stored and dispatched exclusively within Australia. We utilise multiple warehouses to ship them to various delivery postcodes, based on the stock availability and convenience, in order to optimise delivery time frame and provide efficient service. So you may get multiple tracking numbers, in case you have ordered multiple products and they might arrive separately at your given delivery address.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and in some locations, we do prepare parcels on weekends to speed up the delivery process. You'll receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is updated by the warehouse team.
