Simple but satisfying. Our Everfit Water Rowing Machine feels like real-life rowing with lifelike water resistance. It works by the rower spinning paddles that are suspended in the water tank by pulling on the rowing straps. You can observe the water splashing around in the see-through tank with your every stroke, and the accompanying sound is relatively quiet and very soothing to provide a meditative experience. The variable resistance increases the faster you row, just like how the water drags you back and requires more rowing force when a boat is moving fast on the water. The water level simulates the weight of the boat and the person inside, and thus requires more force when the tank is fuller.
