Featuring an ultrathin single-edged nipper that can effectively form smoother and finer cuts, it can also be used to shear soft materials. For ultimate precision, it comes with a smart rolling edge design where the flat blade is placed slightly higher than the shear blade for a sharp cut.
Truly a convenience at hands! It comes equipped with a unique rebound spring that keeps the head open all the time. It also helps in balancing the load on both ends. To keep the nipper intact and to prevent wear effect we have provided internal and external limiters.
The internal limiter stops any excessive force being used to shear. The external limiter stops the abnormal openings and spring shedding. Both the functions work simultaneously to extend the life of the nipper.

The entire structure is hardened with high-frequency quenching heat treatment to provide high strength use, strong shearing force, and long service life.
