Weight

Description

The weight that moves with you — literally.

Most gym equipment locks you into one weight and one movement. The Adjustable Inflatable Water Weight Bag throws that rule out entirely. Fill it up for a serious challenge, drain it back down for lighter work, and take it wherever your training takes you — all with a single piece of kit that fits in a bag and sets up in minutes. It is the kind of training tool that makes you wonder why you ever lugged around fixed weights in the first place.

What makes water weight training different is the instability. Unlike a static dumbbell or barbell, the water shifts as you move, forcing your core, stabilisers and supporting muscles to engage on every rep. Squats, lunges, overhead presses, carries — each movement becomes a full-body conversation between strength and balance. Whether you are just starting out or pushing past a plateau, this bag scales with your ambition rather than holding it back.

Built from durable PVC material designed to handle the demands of regular training, it features soft anti-slip handles that keep your grip secure whether you are working out at home, in the gym, or outdoors.
