Measure whatever you like from 0kg to 50kg maintaining a 2g accuracy over that entire range. You want to measure eggs. Sorted. Parcel. Sorted. Baby. Sorted. If you can fit it on it you can weigh it accurately.
Running out of power is annoying. Luckily the batteries last a long time. You could also buy a power adaptor and connect it to mains power. The sky is the limit. After 60 seconds of non-use it will shut-off to save power.
