To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• A Change of Mind (COM) request must be submitted within 30 days of the product being delivered.
• The item must be in unopened condition, and a clear photo of the parcel’s condition must be provided.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If you would like us to provide a return label, the cost of return postage will also be deducted from your refund.
